LGBTQ Connection is proud to offer this unique, free, upcoming, LGBTQ training for professionals that serve Latino and Spanish-speaking youth and families (other interested community members are welcome, too) on the afternoon of September 26th in Sonoma. Space is limited, so please register soon. This training will be conducted mostly in Spanish.

La capacitación destaca maneras de apoyar las identidades de jóvenes latinas/os que también son lesbianas, gay, bisexuales, transgénero, queer, o explorando su identidad y como mejor entenderlas y discutirlas.

After much interest, we are hosting a free LGBTQ Best Practice Training combining Spanish & English language resources thanks to support from the Community Foundation Sonoma County's LGBTQI Giving Circle. In order to better serve more of Sonoma County, attendees will not only learn about what affects the LGBTQ community, but also what affects the Latina/Latino community. Join us Saturday, May 19th at Equality Vines Tasting Room to learn about this unique winery and sip some wine while supporting LGBTQ Connection. The tasting room will offer two glasses of wine for $6, and a portion of all sales will directly benefit LGBTQ Connection’s youth-led movement building efforts in Sonoma & Napa Counties. The tasting room is open from 12-8 pm, so drop by anytime for a tasting. The Cheers for Queers Gathering will go from 2-6 pm, where we’ll have some tasty snacks, artisan chocolates, an awesome raffle, music, and good times! Can’t wait to see you there!

Our trainers are bilingual and can answer questions in English or Spanish, but this training will be held in English.
