If anyone from Napa (or nearby) would like to go to this film on Thurs evening in Santa Rosa, but needs a ride, we might be able to arrange a carpool! Reply here ASAP or contact Ian/Eliseo at the center. We'd probably need to leave the center by 3:30p Thurs and would be back around 8p.
FILM DESCRIPTION:
This documentary follows homeless LGBTQI youth in Washington D.C. A a group of young, black gay & trans teens form a gang to protect one another when no one else will. These youth strive to make a better life for themselves, especially when they have an opportunity to participate in a fashion program. Prepare to be inspired and amazed.

Everyone is invited! We welcome anyone who wants to build a stronger LGBTQI community, especially for LGBTQI youth.
SPECIAL NOTE:
This film depicts the real life of homeless youth in gangs and uses coarse language, violence, and minor drug use. The goal of the film is not to glorify the experiences of homeless youth, but rather, share the real stories of LGBTQI youth. These are the intimate perspectives of youth striving to make their lives better with mentors that care deeply.
